Recenlty me and my dad went to a pizza restuarant in a neighboring town around 5:30pm. We parked went in and ate, and when we came out there was a ticket on the windshield saying that we were at the plaza when no motorcycles are allowed in after 6pm. We went and found the cop that wrote the ticket and said that we were there before six and that we weren't a threat to disrupt anything. But he said the landlord was enforcing the rule because bikers gathered there and that we had to pay the ticket.
Well here is my question (and I don't know if I am in the right thread, but anyway...) is that discrimination based on our characteristics and we didn't sneak in after 6 and were not loud. So should we pay it or fight the ticket. I say fight!

Re

The problem is that the manager and the people in the plaza said that the rule only applied to people that entered after 6 and not people who were in there before that time. We should have went back in and talked with the manager, we were stupid and didn't.
