What is the name of your state? Florida

I recently received a ticket for driving in the "HOV" (high occupancy vehicle) lane when I was the only passenger in the vehicle. Now that I want to pay the fine and remove points. I am noticing mail from traffic lawyers promising I will NOT be found guilty, I will NOT have to appear in court, I will NOT have to attend driving school, and I will NOT have any points assessed. For a one time fee for the same amount of the ticket I can go this route. Is this reccomended or should I go the traditional way? which of course is pay the fine and register through them (state) for school. Are there any negative long term negative effects by utilizing this lawyer that is soliciting me for his business? Will it show as something undesirable on my record I'm not seeing? Or is this a good way? Please Help...

The mail you're getting is from an ambulance chaser. Without knowing the specifics of your case, there's no way on Zeus' Green Earth that he can promise you ANY results from a traffic ticket. Put the flyers in the trash where they belong, pay the fine, go to driving school, and do a head count before driving in the HOV lane.

My gut feeling was not to go the route of what I was getting in the mail. I'm glad I got on this site first, otherwise I would have....thank you

Ask them if they will agree to pay your fine if any of the above is not true and see what they say.
