If a music producer invest 100% (financially) into an artist, and he is requesting all proceeds be split 50/50 and requesting 30% on the 360 rights is that considerd fair.
That's for the two parties involved to decide. You'll have to value what the non-monetary (creative) value is. You'll also have to figure out how any potential further splitting (if you get a publishing contract or whatever) will be handled.
