Please help me..me and my kids are living in Japan before,and I have American boyfriend and we have a daughter..he tell me to get a visa to go to juares and he is the one who gonna buy our plane ticket then he tell me when he done to his divorce we will get married in elpaso bridge ..So we go to juares and leave everything in japan and also my son japanese stop Schooling in japan..then when we got here in juares we waiting for his divorce to be finalized before we get married .. The problem is while we waiting for the divorce..our tourist visa in juares is just only 6 month or 9 month i think..and its gonna be done and we cant extend it here ..so i tell him i think its better to go back in japan so that way me and my son not be on trouble.. Because One of my baby is american citizen same like him because that is his real daughter so its no problem.. Then i said when your divorce is done we going back here and get married.. But he dont want that idea.he tell me when we are far each other we always fight and i dont see what you are doing in japan so its better you stay here and overstay here, anyways we just only waiting for my divorce and after that we gonna married..Then he admmit to me that he didnt buy me a back and fort ticket he just only buy us a ticket to come over here and i dont know that either..he tell me to stay here in juares until the divorce is finalized so we can get married and he also told me that dont worry we gonna go get married so when we married we gonna do your paperworks to go to states and we gonna move there..so i listen to him because i believe him i didnt think that he gonna do something bad to us that he knows i bring my japanesse son too and we sacrifice all so that way we can be a happy family..so until then me and my son dont have any visa in juares it means we are over stay here until he just got his divorce by feb 19 2015 then we got married in elpaso bridge by may 2015.. Then he send the paperworks to the uscis but still not done so now everytime that we fight he always kick us out in the house in juares because he knows i dont have someplace to go,, they have times that he physical abuse me and my son too..but not her own daughter..i want to call a police but im scared that they gonna ask what kind of visa i have here in juares and if they know me and my son is overstay they gonna deport me and my son and bring me in jail and pay those penalty that i dont have any money or work here because i dont have a paper.. And also i cannot get help in states because i cannot go there yet because we still dont have my visa.. Also if they gonna deport me posibility he can get my daughter to me because she is a american citizen and i cannot file any case against him because we are now in juares and i dont have a visa to go to states to file a case to him.. So where i gonna find a help..???also he us the reason why we ended to be overstay here bcoz he dont want us to go and he dont want to buy us a ticket..thats why everytime he want i need to do it even its his fault but its too much.. Even my son until now he not go to school yet bcoz we still waiting for our visa so we can move in states ..and he can continue his study..but we always fighting and everytime we fight he always say that go back to japan how we gonna go back that he dont want to buy our ticket and also he dont want to pay our penalty and also he dont want to go immigration and tell the truth that he is the one who is the responsible for what happening to us bcoz he didnt let us to go and first of all he bring us here with no back and fort ticket.. Then he dont want and he wants that im the one who gonna go to jail.. So why we are not both or why he is not the one that he just fooling me around and let me believe to what he say ofcourse we have a baby i thought what he say is right..who ppol want to be overstay in country ofcourse no one else.. Were living me and my kids in japan for almost 15 years but i never think to overstay there thats y i always check my status so i can do the paperworks then now this is what we got here..and also we cannot go back to japan because i dont have a visa in japan anymore.. Because i didnt extend my card when we are here..He dont want me to extend my visa in japan before because he said we will never going back there because we gonna live in the states.. But now this is what happen everytime we fight he always kick out in the house in juares and also braking my things that i brought from japan and also he started to hit me and my son too but i cannot call police bcoz they gonna know that i dont have a visa and they gonna deport me and everytime we fight he always go to elpaso and stay there for how many days and leaving us here in juares so it means he can still scape and go to elpaso bcoz all of his family lives in elpaso..his mom and dad and also half sister and brother is living there..then also he keep on saying to me that he dont want to do it the paper anymore everytime that we fight he just only send the ds-260 form but the financial and the affidavit of support he didnt do anything yet and in the paper before nvc review the ds-260 they need to get all those document and allow 30 days to review it .. And then after that its gonna be the interview and medical but he never send all of the papers.. So what is that? he cannot do that because while we staying here for so long the longer my son cannot go back to school ,,and the longer we gonna overstay here in juares and also my son dont know spanish too and also i dont have any money to pay school here in juares and he never give me money also..even 1 cents..and also my son cannot go school here because we dont have a visa in juares so who can help us and where i can call he abuse us here mentally,physically and emotionally..and also he said that he gonna get my daughter to me too.. He keep the passport of my daughter.. Also the long we stay here in juares the more me and my son no health insurance.. I dont know here but bcoz in japan me and my 2 kids have a health insurance so atleast when the time we get atleast we didnt pay a lot of money so i dont know the system here so me and my son have no health card so everytime we got sick and my son he cannot bring him to the doctor bcoz he said we are in juares but my daughter and my husband has a health insurance bcoz he put my daughter to his maybe bcoz they ate both american so i dont know .. They are cover by VA bcoz he is a veteran..So what im going to do..what gonna happen to us here in juarez if he didnt continue to do our paperworks.. He take advantage to our situation here bcoz he knows we cannot get any help here in juares bcoz we dont have a visa also in states bcoz we cannot go there ..so what happen to us here if he didnt want to do the paperworks he trapping us here.. Maybe this is his plan to ruin our life here.. Its ok my life but he involve my son life too that now my son didnt go to school too..its a big mistake that i listen to him that in japan i have a car , work, place to live and money and also my son didnt stop to school thats y i working hard in japan and now this is what happen.. I dont have anything here even friends nothing..because he dont wabt me to go outside the house.. He has the key of the house so we cannot go out just to get a fresh air.. I dont know what im gonna do.. Even attorney i dont have money to pay.. Or maybe i need attorney in the states but how can i go there and who gonna help that i cannot go to the boarder bcoz i dont have visa in states yet and also we dont have visa here in mexico ..plssssss help plssss
