It is clear you each belong in a separate country. You need to return to the Philippines, your son will likely be left there also unless he has a father in Japan who wants him returned. You made it out of the Philippines, into Japan and decided to roll the dice on US citizenship. You lost. Go home and accept the house of cards you built collapsed.

Frankly, even if you were IN the US, I don't think what you have listed rises to the level of "abuse", but your posts are difficult to understand. In any case, you folks are not IN the US.

Did your son's father agree to let you take his son out of Japan or did you just do it without getting his permission? Have you thought of contacting your son's father to see if he can help you get out of the mess you are in? What about your own family? Have you sought help from them?
