My response:

You are one very confused woman, aren't you? You don't know if he's your husband or boyfriend?

Ah, yes. Riker's Island in the Springtime. Such a lovely place for a stay.

Well, theeeeeeeeeeer's no need to fear, Underdog . . . Oh, wait. Wrong show.

He's going away for a long, long time. Find another criminal.

Let me let you know something as far as him being a criminal I don't care because everyone makes mistakes and why would I leave him to find someone else in the same boat. I love my man

I wasn't giving my approval or acceptance. Learn to read. I told you he's going away for a long, long time. Bubba is only in prison. I'm on the outside. Always have been.

Please don't allow this person to discourage you. Some times the charges are dead and can and will be thrown out of court. I've seen it happen a million times. What you need to find out was his very first offence violent or non-violent. Yes, he is still looking at some time in prison, but it depends on his criminal history. ;)

My response:

Oh, yes. Don't let ME discourage you. Your husband/boyfriend is an angel.

Shelly, the idiot violated FEDERAL parole. It wasn't some two-bit crime, Shelly. It probably means that he was either convicted of armed bank robbery or interstate transportation and distribution of drugs.

Then, while idiot-brains is on parole, he's busted AGAIN because he's found with a GUN in the vehicle. He's too god-damned stupid to stay out of trouble.

Yeah, he's an angel.

It's "Bubba time"!
