My personal property

washington state. my petition for dissolution of marriage and temporary orders have been filed with the superior court. my lawyer did not include items of my personal property i seek to have returned in either document(socal security card, passport, old drivers licenses, etc). my husband retains control of thses items and persuant to my requests has yet to return then to me.

question- since the items were not listed in the documents filed have i lost all claims to have the items returned. And can i request any further community property now that was not listed in the court papers?
