What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
Hi everyone, hope someone here can help answering my question.
I am preparing to file my N-400 based on my three years marriage to US Citizen, We have been married since November 2007 but I've been in the US since March 1st 2009 and became a permanent resident upon entry. Already removed my conditional stay since last year. Now I am within the 90 days before my three year requirement, Therefore I am due to apply for naturalization, But It calls for the last three years tax returns as an evidence. I have not filed my third (2011) year tax return because its not due to apply for yet , I only have Tax returns for 2009 and 2010, will the last two years do?
Thanks in advance, any advice would be appreciated

Yes, it should be fine. By the time you have your interview, you should have the last year's 2011 tax return if you are asked to provide that.

Thanks for your reply. I have one more small question here, tomorrow the
2nd of Dec my 90 days before the 3 years requirments starts, I mailed my packet about an hour ago, but my brother is saying that I am not eligible to even file until tomorrow it's nothing to do with when they get it, because they go by the postmark, which means i filed early.. Is this true? Thanks
