I recently had my sons last name changed from my maiden name to his fathers last name. His father was married when I got pregnant and has not divorced. He is in and out of my sons life like the wind. He does pay child support barely. He owns his own business and we live in a fairly small town. I told him that I was going to have my sons name changed. And I did. I went to the Probate Judges office and filled out all the paper work and paid the fees. His father did not have to do anything. Now all of a sudden he has heard I had the name changed he called today to say that he is going to his lawyer and have it changed back. Can he do this???? Please help???
