Florida. I was dating someone for 2 years and we had a baby. 9 months into our son being born we found out that the baby wasn't my boyfriends son. The biological father wanted nothing to do with my son. So my boyfriend stepped up and raised my son as his. Now we are almost 5 years into raising my son and I wanna make my now ex boyfriend the legal parent to my son.

And what does Legal Daddy think about all of this?

It's not going to happen. You don't get to play musical daddies.

On the other post, the boyfriend-who-has-been-playing-Daddy (who may or may not be the legal father given that Mommy can't seem to get her story straight) wants to adopt the child even though he broke up with Mommy.

A million eye-rolls are not enough.
