most states above the mason dixon line are union states and workers have more rights. Hello! Knock Knock , My husband belongs to a union in the far away state of California. Don't pull that crap. A employee using and failing drug tests are not going to be protected by the union.
I said that it would not help any but he could maybe get them to request a hearing and see. You do not know any outcome until it goes down I know that for a FACT. It is very apparent you have had issues, but you need to stop spouting off your mouth on this forum.
