But your advice is far from accurate. As with this,************** #9 Yesterday, 11:43 PM

What a idiotic post this was to begin with.

I live in a right to work state -- We all do, what is your point?

most states above the mason dixon line are union states and workers have more rights. Hello! Knock Knock , My husband belongs to a union in the far away state of California. Don't pull that crap. A employee using and failing drug tests are not going to be protected by the union.

I said that it would not help any but he could maybe get them to request a hearing and see. You do not know any outcome until it goes down I know that for a FACT. It is very apparent you have had issues, but you need to stop spouting off your mouth on this forum.

Nobody is spouting off-- after reading posts such as this and finding that there is a lot of misinformation contained in it. as issues that you point out then I am sure that you and most people here have had issues of some point or else they would not be here. I am not questioning you or your background so do not call into question mine for I am sure that I have more knowledge of labor management law then you do. Some states provide you due process of law and I do not care if he killed somebody on the job -- as a unionized employee you have rights to hearings and due process. What effect it has depends on the outcome. I said it would probably not matter much but please research before you open your mouth and insert your foot.... :p

Criminals don't usually get help here. Your statement about where I am from? That is laughable, and you may want to work on your routine. You certainly could not afford my life.

I would not want to afford your life-- so I hope you have a good one....
but I am not getting into a internet pissing contest with you so I hope you sure do have a good one my friend************** :p

Rainman... you are an idiot!!

either learn or leave right

this is what I said -- prove what is wrong

this thread is about pharmaD background checks and they will not go through a company anyway ...
the school could but the state boards will not they will take fingerprints and send them to the state and FBI which will report all on record convictions on you.. in my state misdomeaner convictions such as drugs and violence is grounds for dismissal of application
_____________ this is what the state board of pharmacy does and they do the same in Alabama...

.. drug charges requires DEA waviers in order to practice.
___________ this is correct as well -- a pharmacist may gain a temporary order which will need a wavier from the DEA for the drug charges in order to get a consent order and practice....

It is also important to note that as long as all your requirements of the court has been satisfied then you can apply for expungement and they should not be able to use midomeaner expungments against you
-------arkansas state law has a offender rehabilitation act which gives people convicted of msidomeaners (not violent or sex crimes) to not have them used against them in applying for a state liscense. I assume other states have similar statutes**************

However, in my state the state background check reports expungments for cetain crimes that are grounds for denial in the application process,
They get a genertic report that states "disqualifing record found" or "no disqualifing record exists for this person" so be truthful cause they can and do issue waviers
This is correct as well the law states that if you are convicted of a felony and have that expundged then that does not restore rights -- the person still has a felony conviction and it can be used against that person for professional boards ---

Bump to Jetxnae---- It seems you know a lot about interstate restraining orders --- your off cuff comments and statements bore me************** :p
