Then how can I get them to stop?

Stop what? Oh that's right, you won't say.

There is nothing more anyone can do for you here.

If an attorney won't represent you then maybe you can at least find one that will spend an hour with you and explain your options as well as WHY you seem to have no chance of gaining victory.

Trying to preserve anonymity online can be smart ... but not wanting to disclose ANY information of any sort sure makes it difficult to provide advice. :)

If he needs that level of anonymity, he needs to be talking to HIS OWN attorney, one of the few that have a duty and privilege to keep things private.

Agreed.

Apparently anonymous23 can't find an attorney willing to take on his "case" and help with his quest for justice ... but he should be able to find a low-cost attorney in his area willing to at least discuss the matter with him.

It doesn't appear that he has yet tried. All his suppositions are couched with IF. Nowhere did he indicate whehter he'd actually tried. I was going to suggest HOW to find one, but with the exception of explaining that the "agency" was indeed some private organization rather than a governmental body, he's provided scant information that would even explain what sort of suit he is attempting to bring.

That big yellow directory probably has 100 pages of attorneys in most major metro areas. The local bar does have a referral service: https://www.massbar.org/

I want to sue an agency I work with for extortion.

Lawyers have told me that they would not represent my case. I really want justice, I feel violated and like I have been very deeply wronged.

If I lose in court, I can take that. But to just let the agency get away with this-- and they are doing it with others-- seems unconscionable.

I don't want to give any identifying details here, so I am looking for guidance on legal bureaucracy / procedure.

I am wondering what I can do to get a lawyer to represent me, even though I will probably lose. If it is just a matter of paying them enough, I will do it. I'll take out a loan if I have to. I just want to stand up for myself and others being wronged, even though we will probably lose. Is it just a matter of paying them enough money? Is that really it? God, it is so frustrating if that is actually it.

If I cannot get a lawyer to represent me, do I have a shot at taking this to trial (I know nothing about the legal system / trials)?

See the bolded. It appears he has at least talked to lawyers.

His problem seems to be in interesting an attorney enough to represent him.
