I'm now 19 years old, but when I was 16 years old, I burglarized a house. During that time, somebody was home, and my other accomplice tied that person up. And that accomplice had a gun, but none of the others did. I did not get charged with the crime until recently, but I need advice concerning what I'm facing. I was wondering if I would get charged as an adult, or juvenile. Another thing I have heard about from a friend of mine is concerning the statute of limitations. Does it apply here? If anybody could help me out I would really appreaciate it. Thank you

you will be charged as an adult

whether you get convicted as an adult will be up to the judge.

you will face the same charges as the person who with the gun.

your best bet will be to make a deal and get the best one you can.it will probably include you testifying against the other guilty parties.

this is a verry serious violent crime and i feel for ya!
forget about the statute of limitations!! pipe dream

you will be lucky if you get 5years probation,1 year in jail if you never been in trouble maybe just the probation if you rat!!

if your into rattin and savin your hide..contact them before they contact you and be the first to make the deal, you will be the one to get the best treatment ..
i guarantee everyone is going to telling on eachother..
and they wanna hang the one who has the worst record and had the gun.
