What is the name of your state? PA

Over a year ago I tripped and fell in a customers house while working and had to be taken to the E.R. by the EMT. Now the customer has chosen to lie about what took place in his home. I'd like to get a hold of the EMT's records of the day in question. What would be the best way to go about this?

Ask your attorney to subpoena them

Thanks Breeze. But what I want to know is how to get them on my own.

First get a copy of the ER record which may state what happened/how you were hurt. Then call the non emergency number for the local fire department/EMT and ask them how to go about getting their record as well as a transcript from the 911 call. Good luck.

Contact the hospital where you were transported and speak with its medical records department. Tell them you would like a copy of all records in their possession regarding the date of service in question, which should include the EMT report. You will sign a form for the records, and they will either be free of a nominal amount per page.
