Absent a court order, I can't see that a private agreement will subject you to much. What is the penalty in your little side agreement for non performance? What might he stop doing if you ignore your agreement? If your kid has not even gone to dads yet, why would you even consider not making them? Does this kid run your life? What changed from when you signed your side agreement?

I would do anything for my children, and I will always have their backs. I even forgave the girls for that whole rollerskating thing. Seriously.
