Yes I need help for my Child Support Case.Can you give me any info. on some higher up people in the louisiana Child Support survice .Because My casewoker is not doing nothing about it and don't know where to turn. And on top of that School is Starting back on the 13th of this month. Daniel owe's me in back child support of $ 4,005.
I'v fill for childsupport in 2002. So i hope you can help me please thats and bless you and your family.Bye Bye

Go to the courthouse and file a motion to enforce the child support order. They should have forms, you don't need an attorney.

see i'v moved from washington parish last year. now i'm in st. tammany parish
will they still let me do it here. can you tell me what is the law for child support now thank.

I can tell you from my experience that they are not much help, but I live in texas. We have to use the attorney general and all I have gotten from them is excuses so my lawyer filed contempt of court on my X-wife

The only other advice I can give, is to have a lawyer file contempt papers on him.

I personal don't care if my x pays, she is worthless to me
but I know she is loved by my daughter. As much as I dislike her, I NEVER talk bad about her to my daughter and I talk respectfully to her when I drop my daughter off or pick her up.
