Need help with Child support

I am in need of advice for collecting child support. 10 yrs ago the court ordered my ex to pay $125 per month for 2 children. Now he's $15,000 behind. HE went to court and all they did was slap his wrist and tell him to pay an extra $25 per month. Now keep in mind that my children are 16 and the oldest will be 18 in Sept. He was supposed to start paying again on Aug 1st and of course he hasn't. So 1) how can I get him to start paying and get the courts to enforce it and I know it sounds crazy but also how can I increase my payments? He is driving around in brand new vehicles and living in a nice large home with very expensive furnishings. I'm trying to make ends meet and he's living the grand life.

Yes there has been a wage garnishment, but he WON'T stay with a job long enough. He will go months without a job just so he won't have to pay the childsupport. He has his wife work.

The only option you have is to keep filing contempt until they jail him, take his license etc.
