Did you see that I started posting on that place you sent me to?:D

Do you think that filling the Rx constitutes "treatment"?

Moburkes, I do beleive it does. Due to the fact they are asking for medical records a year back, and it was a psychiatrist does not look good. I told the Claims Analyst I really need his help. He did seem intrigued when I told him I applied for SSI and had a Mental Health Exam on 04/04, and if approved would not need LTD. My original Doctor I was being treated for Depression and Adult ADD only, now I have become worse and told him I do not feel I was misdiagnosed, but that I went down a bad road from July 1 to the date I went on disability. So I pray they will take everything into consideration. He at first said it looked like pre-exsisting, and as we talked he said a medical examiner would review everything, maybe a good sign.

If I do get denied I am wondering if anyone knows of something that can help me survive till I get a decision from SSI. Its hard when you are a guy with no dependents.

I didn't know you were a guy! If you have no income, you would be eligible for your state's medicaid/welfare program.

Thanks, I will look into this, and the well will probably be dry in may. I really appreciate all your assistance. Hey did you ever hear of Alsup Attorneys, they specialize in Social Security claims. If you have, are they good? I will probably use them if I get denied SSI as they work around the country. If you do, I would be happy to consider you as well.

I'm an insurance agent, not an attorney. I haven't heard of them, but I can say that the ones that advertise on TV are certainly more expensive. Good luck. I hope it works out well for you.
