I am suing a man in small claims for doing poor workmanship on my vehicle ($2500 of the work needed to be completely re-done). What is the legal term for this problem?

Also suing him for negligence as he didn't put any fluid in my car's rear end...another $2100 in damage. Is negligence the proper legal claim name?

He would never advise of costs over a seven month period...then hit me with a bill for $7500 when my expert witnesses (pros and people doing the re-do) say it was only worth $2500 if it had been done right.

Would my legal claim for that be Fraud by Inducement, Misrepresentation?

Thank you.

Also, when will I present my Exhibits and witnesses in court? I don't want to lose on procedure and he has an attorny with being pro per.

How do I find your profile? When I click on your name it doesn't give me a profile option; when I go to members list in the heading it says that feature has been disabled by the moderator. Thanks. Maybe I'll try send a Private Message.
