I currently reside in Orlando, Fl. I have been at the same complex here for a year and 2 months. In August I signed a new lease for another year. Then I found out the man I am engaged to is being stationed in PA (he is military). I am at a loss! I want to go with him, but my complex says I cannot break my lease under the military exemption. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks for the help.

**A: is he on the lease? If not, you lose.

Home,

I much appreciate the reply, depressing as it is. I think I have found a solution though. I am going to take on another job in addition to teaching. This should help defray the cost of breaking the lease. Thanks again.

**A: here is another option, get married abnd have him move in. Then give L notice to terminate the lease under the military clause provided he will be on active duty status.
