I need advice as to how about getting a restraining order against an 18 year old gay girl who has seduced my 16 year old daughter. I have tried to simply "keep them apart" but sneak, they will. The mother is no longer cooperative and suggests I do what I have to do. In addition to sex, the girl has introduced my daughter to cigarettes, drugs, and alcohol. I have changed my phone number and disconnected my daughter's cell phone. I have witnessed the sexual act. I have seen alchol in the girl's car. Other than that, I have no evidence.

You need to include the name of your state since the laws vary from one state to another. That is why the question is asked when you start your thread.
