Just because you don't like or agree with the laws doesn't mean that they don't serve the common good, insofar as the loud music, you should see how many people have hearing problems from listening to loud noise and it doesn't take much. You have too many excuses and are playing mind games. Please grow up.
Honestly, I dont want to start an arguement or something. I re-read what i posted and noticed that it does come of a bit like im playing music loud or something. This is
not the case. I was trying to use that as an anology to maybe shed some light on how retarded some of the Lancaster ordinances are.

60ft is easily heard. They did not specify what decibal level it cannot be at this distance as far as i know. I read about it in the paper and that was not included. So really, why dont they take it as far as to say you may not yell so it can be heard 60ft away, if volume is such an issue. Anywho, this has nothing to do with me, and nothing im in "violation" of. Just trying to make a point.
Thank you guys for all the positive pointers, i'm trying to get ahold of the ordinance list so i may read over it, then fight it in such set meetings. I'll continue my search and keep ya guys updated on the situation. Oh, and i'll continue re-reading my douglas adams collection.
Dont worry, nothing was taken to heart, i know how easily things can be missunderstood.
EDIT - in that thread you linked me to EN, someone says to talk to the president of the HOA? What is that? And can i really find out who is the complaint caller?
