I guess my sign won't help either.

"One old dog, one young dog and several stupid dogs. Drive slowly!" :D

C'mon. The problem is OBVIOUSLY that the "Keep Out" notice was posted in English only, so the neighbor's dog was unable to read and understand it.
And especially if it wasn't written in Gaellic so that the Irish Setter could understand it (Hell, I have a hard enough time understanding SPOKEN Gaellic!!).

(Actually, NextWife, I love your post!!! Congratulations!)

Lots of hot air in here but no answers. Too bad this forumn won't get a plug in a magazine I edit. Figured I would get at least one legal fact I could use and maybe one my attorney didn't find, but facts are something I am not seeing too much here. 95% of posts in this forumn are B.S. and NOT informative, too bad really, this could be a very nice place without all this "clutter". If "I" owned this forumn or was Administrator informative posts only would be allowed and namecallers would be banned to keep this an educational atmosphere, I am almost tempted to claim a negative experience here publicly.... :(

My response:

Oh, go screw yourself. We already stuck a fork in you, and you're done.
Nobody gives a rat's ass about your mangy dog, or the neighbor's dog screwing your bitch.

Do whatever the hell you want, because if you were going to do something "with your attorney", you would have already done something.

Bite me!

Please give in to temtation. Because your time is is about over. You got your answer and IF you had an attorney, you would be hearing the same thing. That is, if the attorney had an understanding of ethics. Otherwise, you'd be about $5,000 poorer and still be bitchin' about the bitch

tsk, tsk. I guess we can't read here, so I'll say it again, I don't know if my pup is knocked up yet, I am "preparing" myself, which I thought I would invest a couple minutes with a post on this site...big mistake. I thought a few facts and pointers would have been passed along....wrong. Hey Kris, I recieved no answer, but was bashed from the start, cursed at, flamed and insulted. My thinking that someone who owns a dog and carelessly lets it roam free un-neutered, to screw whatever it wants is wrong. It tresspassed and violated my property, on my property, period. Thanks for all your help people you've been most helpful. Too bad the Admin. doesn't take out the trash often enough. You won't see me again....so go ahead with your pointless conversations as this is MY LAST POST.

this is MY LAST POST.

My response:

Woo Hoo!!

Now, on to more serious matters, like parents losing their children to Godzilla, like people filing Bankruptcy to avoid repaying their parents, like using their cars as battering rams on freeways and blaming everyone else. You know, the important posts.

If you're an editor, I'm Queen Elizabeth II.

My response:

Tami, you're not reading carefully. Ralph is the editor of the magazine, "Bad Spelling, Poor Grammar, Lousy Sentence Structure, and Horrible Syntax", a monthly periodical.

Subscription are $19.00 per year, or a poorly constructed and misspelled written request for the magazine. :p

First, your dog should have been on a leash and they you could have prevented anything mounting her. Second, the other dog is in violation of leash laws, but that doesn't get you squat. Third, if you shoot the other dog you will be in violation of many laws including destruction of property and possibly use of a firearm in an inhabited neighborhood depending on the laws where you are. Fourth, if a bitch is covered in heat there is a 'morning after' shot that can be given and should have been if you truly care about the pups she may have. Fifth, you need to consider whether or not your dog is a good example of the breed before you breed her. A reputable breeder will invest in hundreds of dollars of genetic testing (hip xrays, eye exams) before breeding a litter to make sure genetic problems are not passed along. To breed a dog just because it is purebred is just as bad as breeding a mixed breed dog. There are too many dogs for homes now and 25% of all dogs put down in shelters are 'purebred'. Mutts also make great companions as my 'one of a kind' dog can attest to.
