are you sure these letters are coming from the HOA and not just a clever neighbor with a computer? I would verify with the HOA first to make sure they are the ones indeed sending the letters.

The best ADVICE

First of all these *******s may be right but he doesnt have to be mean about. I understand exactly what you are going through and heres my true and THOUGHTFUL advice. COMPLAIN! Not to the HOA but on their website. If the HOA gets enough BAD reviews the value of the homes go down! No one is going want to by a home when the HOA "the gods of the homeowners apparently" SUCK! Pay the fines and eat **** for a while until your complaints and other people you recruit to complain becomes enough for them to fire some board members! Oh and also HECK yes you should complain about every neighbor that does something slightly wrong! You pay mortgage to! Go ape crap on them!! I told you this was the best advice
