What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?New Hampshire. I recently turned in my new lease for a new one. They told me I could use the pull ahead program for my last payment and my monthly bill would be $375. On my way to the dealership to make the trade, the dealer told me my monthly payment went up to $392 and change. She offered me a $200 gas card to make the deal go through. I said yes and did the deal. I still don't have the gas card 3 weeks later and they told me after the fact that they were not doing the pull ahead since I used customer loyalty. Had I known that, I wouldn't have done thed new lease. Now I have Chrysler Financial calling day and night for me to make this last payment. When I asked the manager what he could do for me he said, "I already did. I got you a payment of under $400." Also, I kept telling them I wanted a demo since it would be cheaper. After I picked up the van, they told me the price went up since it was a demo so the buy out price at the end of the lease is lower. I was not told that and I wasn't told that a leased demo was more money to lease. I feel ripped off and lied too. I have all the information on e-mail. Can I return the van? Do I have any legal recourse? Please help!
