Nightmare Neighbor

We are in Florida. Our neighbor returned back North and is allowing his college student son to occupy their condo. We are an upper middle class adult community where peace & quiet are the norm. He has turned their unit into a frat house with all the usual problems. Late Night loud weekend parties, beer cans & bottles left all over the stairs and grass, pool furniture being damaged or disapearing. Our property management company has taken all these issues up with the parents who do not seem to care. What can we do to get rid of this college kid and his frat pals?.

Need More Specifics

I think they are denying to our Association president they can. Do you know what law says so?. I will need some idea to look up the state statues to be mentioned in a letter.

what time of evening is the magic hour where if the peace is disturbed you can call the police ? up here 10 pm and folks often do just that . call and also get a file number for future use . after enough calls management may become aware and then the parents will become more serious .
