Wasn' it Johnny Carson who said (If you want to get away with murder go to johnson cnty arkansas) He was oh so right.

Believe me, I think child molesters should be hung by their toes until dead...it would take a really long time that way.

What I am having difficulty understanding is how 13 or 14 people reporting child molestation (by the same perpetrator) to the cops fails to get prosecuted.

Have all of these people made reports to the cops? To the state cops? To the attorney general?

The DA decides if they want to take the case to trial. Trials cost a lot of money. And a lot of molestation cases go untried because there is NO evidence. Most of these cases don't get a conviction.
But with all these others coming forward against this man I think it is ludicrous for the DA to decide not to go to trial. He's a horses a$$ and should be held accountable.

And of course, YOU have intimate knowledge of this case, the trustworthiness of the witnesses, the factual foundation of the case and the Statute of Limitations in Arkansas, including any investigations that have been carried out and you know all these facts from where?

Unless you do, then you are ignorant to have said such a thing.

I would just like the person prosecuted, but since you will not answer my questions or BB's questions, I really don't think you have much of a case.

I have tried to answer all of your questions .The problem im having is that the only thing breeze wants to say is,(You have no physical evidance) I know this.Im just asking for help, deciding if I should push this.If so how would I go aboutit As for your guestion,yes they all made reports state investigator Kim Warren.She has a office in Fortsmith Arkansas. But conducted her investigation on this case out of the Ozark sheriffs&Clarksville sheriffs office But these people only turned it in after I turned my daghters case in.Some of these acts happened 10-15 years ago. But were not turned in by these childrens parents.Some parents didn't belive there children .They would say oh!George wouldn't do that.The ones who did belive there children said(we wont go back around him) Because they thought nothing would happen to him anyways and then it would just cause hardship between family.So when this came out about my daghter.The ones who didn't belive,Did now and the ones who were children years back ,(but adults now) decided to come forth and said he also did this to me.The parents who didnt belive there children said oops we made a big mistake .Then took there children to testify.

My Answer Was This

They all turned it in to the state investigator and they had to all go make reports at the local sheriffs office once the case had been reported.I actually made a report the night my daughter told me about this the others sighned reports after i came forth.Is there a statue of limitations on this.Ido think that the lawer said the only ones we could even have a chance procicuting would be the ones who were still minors but the others could be witnesses
