SHe has offered to waive my childsupport if i waive my rights but i dont know how that works. Can she waive her option to take child support? I am stressed out to the max and I really need soem help. I make too much money for Ky legal aid so they say so I dont knwo what to do. I dont have a car and I am desperate need of some help.

It won't work. You cannot terminate your rights simply to stop paying support and she cannot let you do this either. A judge won't let it happen.

You need to start paying something, in good faith, and file contempt of court against her for not allowing visitation.

Visitation and support are two separate issues; you cannot stop paying is she denies you visitaiton and vice-versa.
