My employer forced me to sign a non-compete on 1/7/16. I was informed that I needed to sign it to keep my job. On 1/8/16 I was informed that my hours have been reduced to 15 hours a week. Is the non-compete enforceable if I quit? I am in Illinois.

Since I haven't read the non-compete, I have no idea.
