OP not wise to delay filing a complaint...any sins of employer more than 3 years old are likely barred from action..

I hat said, if. Employer shorted you 10,000 over last three years and you prevail...the employer likely also owes you an extra $10,000 as damages.

Well, I did some math..

With 20 hours being stolen from me at 8.15 an hour every week, every week for a year, that means I would be owed $8,476 for the year of 2015.

For 2016, I would be owed $8,840.

And for 2017, I would be owed $9,256

For a total of 26,572 - not counting overtime.

Would they owe me any extra money on top of that?

Thanks.

If you worked 48 hours every week, then you SHOULD count overtime...since O/T is paid at $12.23 per hour.

Why are you sitting around doing math and not reporting this?

It sounds to me as if your main concern is not getting your overtime, but getting additional compensation over and above what you earned.

File a claim. If you're owed additional compensation, the DOL will make the employer pay it. If you're not, you'll still get what you're owed. But quit futzing about whining that you need to know how much extra you're entitled to.
