I was given a ticket for violation to yield right of way..after stopping at a stop sign then proceeding to go..but a motorcycle came around a blind curve too fast and laid down..not hitting me...before I was out of his way..Thats how the cop explained his issuing me the ticket.
I wish to plead not guilty, but was advised to plead NO CONTEST. What is the difference?

I WOULD DEFINATELY APPRECIATE ANYONE WHO WISHES TO HELP ME IN COURT ON THIS! I AM UNEMPLOYED, AND BEING SUED FOR THIS. AND I AM NOT IN THE WRONG

If you plead guilty that plea may be used against you as an admission in a CIVIL lawsuit by the injured party as proof that you are at fault. No contest does not carry that admission.
