Yes, he is behind. He was $5160 behind in support, daycare costs and medical when we went BACK to court July 17 (the original order was set in December 05). He is now over $7000 behind. He is paying SOME of his CS via money order directly to me and that is sporadic. No daycare, no uncovered medical costs. That is why I now have an attorney. I cant do this on my own anymore and there is more than this issue to deal with. I thought that since I finally had a garnishment order that it was out of ex's hands but all it took was a call from HIS attorney to the employer and Im at a standstill again. Thanks again for all of the info. It has been a great help.

I met with the attorney today, retained services and found out that ex's attorney is a criminal law attorney in another county and didnt deal with family law cases. That is the first issue. According to an email I received, ex's fiance informed me that attorney advised him NOT to pay anything until he got around to filing an ammendment because what the judge signed was ILLEGAL. LAUGHABLE. My attorney is now taking care of all and I am pleased with what I have learned.

FYI - up to 65% of disposable income if single
50% if married with second family to support. The order is still under the guidelines, even if he were to marry and have another child.

Thanks to all :)
