That's not what I said. I have seen many experienced traffic attorneys become totally lost in TVB. My experience is that non-TVB savy attorneys are completely useless there.

You need an attorney who knows how the TVB operates and is experienced in that environment, otherwise you'll get what you pay for.

I was parked in a metered parking spot along 8th ave. and walked to an apt. on 23rd st. I went down to feed the meter a few minutes before it expired.*****

I just noticed this post.

Feeding the meter is illegal and will get you a parking ticket. So instead of getting two you got one. You came out ahead.
