It reminds me of the scene in Jaws at the billboard when Hooper and the mayor are arguing about closing the beaches. Hooper says:

"I'm not going to waste my time arguing with a man who's lining up to be a hot lunch."

Sister and her attorney = Bruce the Great White
Robert = Double Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of fries

Robert has used different monikers with the objective of no one figuring out it was him using a different moniker with the same issue. He is sueing his sister, peppylady, for a POD account left to her by their deceased father.

Two questions:
I thought a POD account falls outside of probate? Whoever is named POD gets the account, no questions asked?
Wasn't there someone responding on this website being sued by the website owner recently? How did that go?
