Maybe to the officer it was not. SHOULD he have made some inquiry? Probably.

This is why a personnel complaint is the best path to take. If the officer is shirking his duties, the agency would probably like to know.


Just more reason to complain.

Yea but around here complaints do not even get a slap on the wrist. That is normally blown off in most cases as well. I will be making a complaint either way, but i just wanted to see if there was more I should/could do.
