OHIO :I have won a small claims award against a man ($3,000). He is listed as trustee on a trust for both a piece of real estate in Cleveland and on a motor vehicle title.
Where and how do I find out what type of trust it is, who established it and how to place a levy and/or lien against him? Thank you.

By the way, the defendant is self employed, works only for cash, has no bank account, and no real estate in his own name.

Thank you for your help.

It sounds like this fellow is hiding his assets from you and from the IRS. Its probably one of those scams where he has established a charitable trust, placed all of his assets inside and then claims he works for the trust.

If you have solid proof of any of this, contact the IRS criminal investigation division and request the forms for getting a finders fee for providing evidence of tax evasion or fraud.

If you know he does work for some clients on a regular basis, call them up and ask them if they want to be reported to the IRS too. Of course, that won't be necessary if you actually get paid...
