Ohio Emergency custody (nephew)

Okay I said I was told they had an open case. They called me back this evening and I was told there was an open case but it had recently been passed to Madison county as that is where her new mailing address was. But it was probably going to be closed. The custody cases that happened before this were in Madison county. That is why THEY TOLD ME that they had jurisdiction. I have been on the phone with agencies and courts from all 3 counties non stop for a week trying to get this stuff figured out! And the store never did call the cops.. We sent the cops out there the next day and an employee told them that there was an incident but that the woman involved told them it was not what it seemed to be. We've done everything we can do. But now we know what to do so I don't need to come back on this hateful little forum. And by the way if your stating that you are a lawyer I'd really like to know where and if you are with the BBB because according to my lawyer half the stuff you've said is not true.

Yeah I am a lawyer. None of your business where. Oh and you NOW have a lawyer? Really? Oh well. I am amazed.

We can't get him evaluated because we do not have custody we were unable to obtain custody previously because we had no address to send it too. We can't apply for a new medical card because he still on her case. And being on her case she would have to take him off or we would have to show proof we had custody. Any other questions you horrible mean woman??

He knows everything already. And he is doing it for us because he is a friend of my husbands family. I came on here looking for helpful advice. And if this is how you treat people looking to do the right thing for a child then I don't know how you keep anyone coming to this forum. He's been taken from her custody before. Back in 2009. She got him back in Feb 2010 went to prison in march 2010. Got out took him to live with a man who laid his hands on him and wanted him gone. And now she wants to take him back to that. That's why I was on here I didn't want my husband to have to ask favors of this man but because I was getting nothing but negative feedback from a forum that is meant to help people with these problems he went ahead and called him today. He agree'd to help us file the paperwork. And if 'she' tried to fight it he has offered his services then as well. You need to get off your bully sticks and look at the situation as if it were you in this position.

Actually you could get him evaluated as a sexual abuse evaluation is an EMERGENCY type of treatment. I am horrible and mean? Hmmm, oh well.
Oh and by the way the BBB has nothing to do with lawyers. Not. At. All. What type of law does your lawyer normally practice because quite frankly I am in juvenile court daily.

In all honesty? If your husband was so concerned about HIS nephew, he'd have called for the favor himself from the get-go. You horrible, mean woman, you!
