Can you obtain an Ohio liquor license with four disorderly conducts on your record? One was domestic violence amended to disorderly conduct. (1st degree misdemeanor) The other three were less severe, two being minor misdemeanors.

It is relevant to employment because I am applying for a position where obtaining a liquor license is required.

And it happened between the years of 2011-2014.

You do not need a liquor license to be an employee of a licensed establishment. Background checks are only done on sole proprietors, general partners, or substantial owners of corporations/LLCs.


You're going to have to tell us just what sort of license you are applying for and why you think you need one?
Mostly they're going to want you to explain these, especially with regard to whether they had anything to do with alcohol. Other red flags are non payment of taxes (especial sales/excise etc...).

The company is a beverage distributor, therefore, i'd be required to get licensing as part of my role with selling their products.
