What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Another tuff unemployment question. If you were doing an indepedant contractor job that paid commision then you stop working all together and file unemployment. Then while still not working you receive a commision for the work you did before filing for unemployment how would you report that?

example: do work in 12-1-10 as an independant contractor selling a house. File for unemploymet on 12-2-10. Then a month later on 1-1-2011 the house sells and you are paid a commision. Would you have to report that to commision to unemployment for the week on 1-1-2011. Or would you nt report it because you did the work prior to filing
