That's what makes this case extraordinary.
Damn, you just can't take yes as an answer, can you???

Why are you still whining and bitching?? You have already been told what you wanted to hear....
"Of course, you are correct and everyone else (no matter how legally experienced) is incorrect.
By all means, go to court. Fight for your rights... and let us know how it comes out. Best of luck to you in your wonderful 'adventure'
"

Awww hell, this idiot either is too ignorant to understand ACCURATE responses, or just wants to argue. Lets close this one down.

Way to misconstrue what I said, rmet4nzkx. I said:
It only took me a moment to see if the cop was giving new directions.
As a driver you keep an eye on the traffic lights because you know they don't stay the same. Likewise, one should keep an eye on a cop directing traffic so as to know when the signal has changed, and thus take the appropriate actions. I didn't even intimate that he had changed his signal, and that's because he didn't. Like I've said time and again, from the time we approached the intersection to the second the accident occured he was giving us the go ahead.
This is what happens when you skim through posts. I suspect a lot of people are doing this and thus don't have a firm grasp of what I'm arguing.* But that's fine. None of you will be judging my case.

*$20 says some clever a-hole will say "nobody has a firm grasp of what you're arguing." Or did I just steal your thunder? Sorry, a-hole.
