Seriously, anyone who is married to someone who has to pay child support, should never have a joint account with that person, and even having joint assets can be problematic.

I also have a hard time believing that you are for real anymore.

I'm starting to realize that he cant play these games with the mother anymore because obviously she's not allowing him to contol her.....I would always hope for the best in my mariage but if things didnt work out I can support my child alone

Where in the world did you even develop the idea that it was ok for your husband to play games with his ex wife anyway? This is the man you married! Someone who disrepects, lies, cheats, and steals from his own children. Lovely. To take part and condon this behavior is the same as doing it yourself. Hope you had fun because his time is just about up.
