A three condo building contains two owners and one renter. The renter smokes cigarrettes within her unit daily and this causes second hand smoke and odor to occur within the common area and additional units.

The condo association documents clearly state that no owner or renter may partake in an activity that causes other owners/renters discomfort.

The third owner is the father of the renter and five years of asking him to stop his daughter's smoking has not worked.

We have now lost offers on our condo (for sale) due to the smoke smell.

Please help.

She has every legal right to smoke within her rental property. Your only hope is to somehow convince the landlord to restrict her activity at the next lease renewal.

Your blanket statement is wrong. Massachusetts courts have upheld evictions for condominium tenants because of cigarette use inside the home.

BTW, your signature line is also wrong.

Simple. Prove it. Provide any case cite to show you are not a back-woods addlepate.

You know what.... you are correct. That idiot has now spent more $1.7M trying to avoid paying $12 to purchase a REAL 'vault' BIRTH CERTIFICATE that any real American has.
Thank you for pointing that out. I will correct my signature line.

Ta Da. Harwood Capital Corp. v. Casey, Boston Housing Court 05-SP-00187, June 3, 2005

Typical birther.

Why are judges fining lawyers who continue to bring worthless and frivolous claims concerning President Obama's birth certificate? And your claim about the number of active cases is wrong. The USSC has settled the issue.

In the future, why don't YOU support your statements with citations.
And I also have a certificate of live birth which was sufficient for me to obtain a driver's license, passport, etc.

Berg v. Obama et al.
****** v. Lingle
Donofrio v. Wells
Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz
Keyes v. Bowen
Hollister v. Soetoro
Cook v. Obama
Barnett v. Obama
Ankeny v. Gov. State of Indiana

All dismissed. Some appealled to the U.S. Supreme Court and all appeals, writs, etc., denied and / or declined.

Where is your list of 17 active cases?
