I've been working on a project with a co-worker for about two weeks. He's out of town and I needed the project file. At work, we keep our offices open and most people move in and out of each other's offices looking for things, files, papers, results, in/on desk, in file cabinets, etc. What would you do if you came across 1.5 inch folder of naked pictures of women in his one cabinet and you know if you reported it, nothing would happen? I already reported one of the salesmen dropping off his porn rentals before a sales call while I was sitting in the car waiting. Nothing was ever said to him and no reprimand occured.

**A: I would not do anything. Now if your co-worker had similar type pictures but of gay men, I would report him right away.

You need to inform your supervisor. What, if anything, occurs following that is up to company management.

What I can never figure out is why in the heck some people keep porn at work. Sheesh.

Imagine having to look at it on your computer every day b/c your boss is a perv!! Oh, well.....Nothing I can do either.....just report it and see what happens
