What is the name of your state? Florida
i have a 3+ yr old C corp. Very little assets if any and debt is overwhelming. Revenue is trickling at best and future is bleak. All debt is via personal credit / guaranteed.

Also, personal bankruptcy as well as divorce highly likely.

What are my options?
