I am the Complainant in an EEOC suit. I am to be to given an oral exam by the
goverment defendant. What is it like and what restrictions do they have in asking questions? Can I refuse a question? Thank-you for any help.

"Oral exam"? You mean a deposition? Of course you want to have your own attorney present. You shouldn't go without a lawyer who specializes in this field. Are you a member of a union? They can provide a lawyer.

Here it is

My new attorney told me this. Tell the truth, let them finish the question before answering,do not be rushed,do not give additional info, be cool and do not get angry,if you do not understand a question get an explaination and if you feel it is not relevant you can object and answer or object and state you will answer only if the judge orders you to do so.
As far as L.V. it means . . . . . .
