I just had some letter emailed to me that this aunt sent to someone else. She states clearly in the letters that she does not want my child to see me and she is paying for all of the legal expenses so that I can not see my child. She also states

Would that be enough evidence for a judge to something to her for causing all of this drama?

Could be if you prove she wrote it.

It was faxed from her fax machine and she signed it.

I just got an email from the Aunt that is way to involved in my situation.

In the email she says that "I do not comfortable leaving ***** home by himself with his dad.

And thats why she want to take child to Asia. I finally have SOME proof that my childs father is not being trusted by his own family to take care of our child. And that Childs is being cared for by a third party.
