Owner is really pushing us to move out early so she can move in!

Entertainingly, I just looked the property up and the same guy still owns it. It was on the market for about a year, never sold, I think he's renting it to someone else now. He lost sooooo much money by kicking us out, having it vacant for all that time! He wanted $145k for it and the current "estimated value" on realtor.com is $113k. Oh and he paid $116k for it! It just makes me smile...some people really get what they deserve!
