PA Spousal Support

My spousal support agreement in PA has an X next to "Insurance not ordered and/or no current support obligation exists." Do I have to reimburse my spouse for medical expenses?

Above that is the obligation statement about $250 annually, but below it has that statement, anything over is 70/30.

We never discussed medical expenses in the initial hearing, just that I didn't carry insurance for her and it would not be required of me.

Are these medical expenses for your spouse, or for your children?

They are for my spouse

Then it sounds like you are not obligated for the medical expenses of your ex.

However, you should really get an opinion from someone who can actually look at the form.
