Can my employer choose not to intergrate/supplement my partial wages using my vacaction and/or sick-leave during my absence from work under the Paid Family Leave Insurance? The choice given to me is to either completely use my vacation/sick-leave or only receive partial wages through the Paid Family Leave. Please help!

I haven't had employees in CA since this law went into effect, but it looks to me like your employer is limited in how much vacation time they can allow you to use.
