I dont understand why you say this case is not worth much. I went through 7 months of pain as well as severe headaches & mental anguish. Many people have told me i have a good case & should get more then 3k for p&s. I still havent signed off. For me to at least get 5k for p&s what would the settlement have to be incl $3,710.00 for med bills ? I just dont want to screw myself.

You dont need an attorney , just google " negotiate with insurance adjuster"
there is no permanent injury , this case may be worth 3-6 thousand. if you really suffer ,

"Insurance is there to transfer risk , not to get rich"

Do you mean 3-6k for p&s or 3-6k for the full settlement incl med bills ? I did talk to attorney today & he said whiplash cases avg 3-10k (p&s, med bills). He didnt mention attorney fees. For me to get 3k for p&s the full settlment incl attorney fees would have to be around 11k. The at fault ins company rep has been less then cooperative.
